Then we install the decking and railing you chose, whether that is composite, mahogany or PVC, and finish with stairs, lighting or a screened porch if the project calls for it. We replace rotted boards and stair treads, rebuild railings to current code, re-secure or replace a failing ledger, sister damaged joists and replace corroded hardware. On a wood deck we can also strip, sand and refinish the surface.
